Domestic Orders

    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards via Paypal payment.
    • Please make sure to give us the exact billing address and phone number that your credit card company has on file for you. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please specify this on the on-line order form or with our sales representative.
  2. Prepaid Cashier's Check or Money Order
    • We accept Cashier's check or Money Order, however the funds must clear prior to shipment.

Shipping Policy

There will be a $10 address correction fee if UPS/FedEx is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address. Another attempt to deliver the package will be made once we have secured the correct address.

Return Policy

Due to the product nature, we do not accept returns, except for extreme cases.

The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product purchased from Please complete a RMA form and email or fax it to us. The RMA number will be emailed or faxed back to you.

No refund or replacement credit will be issued after 10 days of the invoice date. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. No shipping charge will be refunded.

We will file a claim with shipping carrier on behalf of our customer for any products damaged in transit. Refund will be issued after the claim is approved. Claims can sometimes take over 15 business days.

Defective products may be exchanged for the same or a comparable product or your account will be credited for the amount of the product plus tax. reserves the right to verify the defectiveness of the product once we receive it in order to issue proper credit or exchange.
